This welding fire blanket made of ceramic fiber fabric was coated with vermiculite and reinforced with SS wire. The two open shapes of the blanket were uprooted with fiberglass cloth, installed on two other sides of the metal. It can be used for high temperature applications up to 1000 ° C. It contains a certain amount of binder material that is normally lit at low temperatures and does not affect the insulation property. Vermiculite coating enhances unmatched abrasion resistance and tensile strength of fabrics. It also provides a dust suppression coating that allows for a safe working environment.
